You can’t go wrong with a Samsung phone. The brand might not deliver the most exciting devices on the market today, but they’re reliable. It’s built these devices up over time with small refinements here and there, which make for relatively complete devices.

The Galaxy Ultra line is still considered one of the best premium devices to buy if you’re looking for a flagship phone. The Galaxy S26 Ultra delivers, with a design and screen that’s stunning, while also offering excellent software and performance.

A hard deal to pass up

As you can imagine, this phone doesn’t come cheap, starting at $1,300. And while we’ve seen some promotions come up in the past, this one from Mint Mobile really makes it easy to pick one up without hurting your wallet too badly.

You can now grab the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, plus one-year of unlimited service for just $980. You read that right. You can get a brand-new phone and one year of service for less than what it would cost to buy it unlocked from any retailer right now.

Mint Mobile service is good. We’ve tested it in the past, and were left impressed. And after 60 days, Mint Mobile will unlock the Galaxy S26 Ultra so it can be used with any carrier. So, if you’re not really feeling Mint Mobile service, you can just use it with your primary carrier.

Perhaps the only hurdle here is that you need to pay the $980 upfront. There aren’t any split payments here unless you want to use a service like Affirm. So, if you’ve been looking to pick up the Galaxy S26 Ultra, now’s going to be the time.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra has a world-first new feature called the Privacy Display, which hides the phone screen from prying eyes. The phone is lighter, thinner, and more powerful than its predecessor.
