The Reno15 series launched in China in November, and has recently started rolling out in other markets, but Oppo is already working on the Reno16 devices.

According to a new leak by the prolific Digital Chat Station on Weibo, all members of the Reno16 family (in China) will have a 200MP main camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 SoC at the helm, a metal frame, and a LIPO OLED display.

Marketing will focus on the Reno16 devices being thin and light while having great camera chops. The Reno16 family is now expected to launch in China around the middle of the year. These are all the details outed today, but undoubtedly more leaks about the Reno16 series will follow, so stay tuned.
