LLMs and their influence on traffic to a brand’s website are a major topic in our client conversations. Everyone wants to know what’s happening, how they can do better, and what the best practices are. My recommendation to brands right now is to start with the data and focus on what they can know for sure. It’s easy to get intimidated by the Linux terminal’s numerous commands. cp, mkdir, lsblk, piping—are they really worth memorizing? A TUI, short for terminal user interface, is a program that you run in the terminal and that gives you something like a very primitive graphic window to complete tasks in. They’re usually more visually engaging, which is why, in videos made by Linux influencers, they’ll usually have a TUI of some sort running in on their monitor in the background. These are some…

ChatGPT is undoubtedly a conversational chatbot. But it also comes with the power of “vision.” They aren’t humanoids yet, but they are multimodal, as they can process and generate multiple types of data. This includes the ability to read screenshots. As ChatGPT can read and interpret images, it doesn’t just extract text, but can understand intent and come back with different layouts and context. I have found using screenshots, the “hidden shortcut” to getting high-quality results from ChatGPT. While text is great, images provide spatial context, auto-formatting, and are great for grabbing unselectable data that a copy-paste job simply can’t…

Today, trust in popular platforms is diminishing, organic reach is haphazard and hard to predict, and user behavior is growing more difficult to discern than ever before. At the same time, a steady stream of “new” social platforms are entering the game, promising to fix what’s broken and usher in the most qualified audience for your unique business.
