In this newly created role, Nardi will lead the company’s next phase of scale, overseeing top-of-funnel growth strategy, operations, and corporate development.

Nardi joins Minimus following more than 15 years of experience advising high-growth startups, global investors, and technology corporations. She previously served as Director at Meitar NY Inc. and Partner at Meitar Law Offices, where she was the lead corporate lawyer for several major M&A transactions. Her experience includes Twistlock’s acquisition by Palo Alto Networks (PANW) which was a foundational deal in the container image hardening and runtime security space – as well as significant transactions involving JFrog, Salesforce, Wiz and others.
