Microsoft has released the KB5074105 preview cumulative update for Windows 11 systems, which includes 32 changes, including fixes for sign-in, boot, and activation issues. KB5074105 is an optional update that delivers updates at the end of each month, allowing admins to test Windows bug fixes, new features, and improvements that will be generally available during next month’s Patch Tuesday release. However, unlike Patch Tuesday cumulative updates, monthly non-security preview updates only roll out quality improvements and do not include security fixes. For a while, I only thought of myself as a flip phone guy. I loved the idea of a phone that only took up half of my pocket, and I didn’t really care what companies did with their book-style foldables. Then, Samsung launched its Galaxy Z Fold 7, and it quickly won me over. Sure, it was probably a little too expensive, but the hardware felt brilliant, and I finally figured out how to use a device like this as a regular phone, which kind of justified the whole experience. So, when click volume drops, you’re not just losing traffic. You’re losing future conversions you were counting on, and you’re handing extra shots to competitors. The fix usually…

It seems I can’t open TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube without running smack into bizarre and troubling AI concoctions featuring babies in danger and cats having affairs. It really is the wild west (or maybe Westworld) out there. I think few among us really believe these videos are any good, and it’s pretty obvious they aren’t good for us,…

Many search teams are seeing better rankings, more visibility, increased traffic, and more leads. Yet feedback on pipeline, revenue, and sales outcomes isn’t showing the same positive results. When SEO KPIs are green and graphs are up and to the right, business outcomes don’t always reflect the same success. Why strong search performance doesn’t translate to business outcomes Search performance can look healthy on the surface while breaking down in places search teams don’t own or fully see. It’s tempting to turn immediately to attribution models, data quality, or KPI definitions.  Ultimately, the issue is often how performance breaks down…

Amazon doesn’t exactly advertise the privacy controls buried in Fire TV’s settings menus. After months of being greeted by promotional video clips every time I powered on my TCL 75-Inch S5 4K Fire TVs, I finally sat down and dug through every submenu I could find. The tools to reclaim your home screen have been there all along—they’re just not obvious. I’d already customized other aspects of my Fire TV setup across both basement TVs, one in the main living area, and another in my home gym. But the constant advertising assault deserved its own focused session. Ten minutes later,…
