Hadlee Simons / Android AuthorityWearables have come a long way from just counting steps. These days, they’re feature-packed wellness companions, tracking us through everything from sweaty workouts to abbreviated REM cycles. For a lot of shoppers, the idea of a daily health hub is the whole point. It’s also exactly why Samsung’s approach feels increasingly self-defeating. It’s now 2026, and some of the brand’s headline smartwatch features still depend on what phone you’re using. We may earn a commission from links on this page. It’s a safe assumption these days that every smartwatch and fitness tracker can be taken into the shower, rinsed off when you wash your hands, or worn into a pool. This is Part 3 in a five-part series on optimizing websites for the agentic web. Part 1 covered the evolution from SEO to AAIO. Part 2 explored how to get your content cited in AI responses. This article goes deeper: the protocols forming the infrastructure layer that make everything else possible. The early web needed HTTP to transport data, HTML to structure content, and the W3C to keep everyone building on the same foundation. Without those shared standards, we’d have ended up with a fragmented collection of incompatible networks instead of a single web. The agentic web is at that…

You might want to, for example, have a MacBook ready so you can take work outside to get some fresh air. But trying to manage two separate devices can be a pain, especially keeping everything updated and synced. It can make it so that every time you try to get out of the house, the whole process takes so long that you no longer even want to bother. I noticed my SSD appeared to be shrinking, even though apps and downloads hadn’t changed significantly. What made this a bit worrisome was that clearing temp files and removing installed apps didn’t really help. After much research, I realized the culprit wasn’t the kind of file I would typically delete. I had run into a problem with Windows Search building a large database over a very long period of time. It’s not a common suspect, but it’s now one of the things I check for when I run out of storage. What Windows Search is actually keeping on your drive…
